Every single one of our customers, no matter how big or small, is allocated a dedicated account manager. Your account manager has total responsibility for not only your orders arriving when we say they will, but the entire relationship you have with the Carole Group.
Each Account manager goes through stringent training and is uniquely placed to advise on our extensive product range and the services that we provide. We aim to make your account manager a friendly port of call at the end of a phone line, not an anonymous voice or automated e-mail.
We will make sure that you're occasionally visited and there are regular internal reviews that are completed to make sure all of our account managers are on the ball!
